They sell false meat cuts and bread coverd crab cakes and say money back guarantee but they only offer exchanges of other foods

We bought a box of filet mignon and a box of crab cakes and when the steakes were cooked they had NO flavor and the crab cakes were all breading except the outside which was shredded crab meat and they promissed full monetary refund within 3 days of sale if not happy ut when we called they said no way only exchanges for a different item that they sell now we are out $397.00 now we gotta file a court cost and go to court to get our money back and court costs plus not to mention our freezer had to stay filled with food we didnt want and had to go shopping everyday for food because we couldn't freeze anything DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
