Gift Card

I purchased an Applebees gift-card for my employer for Holiday. Our employer and her man consumed meals in the cafe and also the gift-card wouldn't function. I named to obtain the issue fixed and was informed the card works about the following Friday. The card wasn't triggered on Friday. I've named three more occasions and every time was informed the issue could be fixed. It's not fixed.
