McDonalds unprofessional service!

Early December I visited McDonalds in Kabega Park Port Elizabeth Southafrica around 5pm. I put my purchase and 20 minutes later. I still not need gotten my purchase. I called there customer service point, and about three minutes later obtained my purchase. And returned home to my eagerly anticipating household. To the dismay we discovered the Chips (Pomme frittes) was stagnant and dried up. And also the burgers were cool. I again called there customer service point and also the woman apologized to supplying a contrasting voucher to lure us to come back to Mcdonalds.

I thought it was excellent and experienced that Mcdonalds atleast attempted to treat the problem. Nevertheless, which was the final period that I noticed from Mcdonalds and need I-say no voucher was obtained within the article as guaranteed. What used to do discover whilst in the shop was that there is a woman most likely not yet two decades old and proven that she was the supervisor creating burgers. Was there supervisor more aged, Then I'm sure he/she wouldn't be producing burgers at the same time of crises, but instead co ordinate company.
