I planned a birthday party for my boyfriend at Dave and Busters thinking that it would be a lot of fun.in order to get a space I had to sign a contract, put down a deposit, and pay an hourly rate. The contract stated that we would have "open bar" once we were there.

Once we got there it was a completely different story. Not only were they not prepared at all, but the service was terrible. We did not have a server for twenty minutes and our appetizers were served immediately after dinner was. There was also no open bar. We were charged full price for every drink we ordered. When me and my guests questioned the contract, we were completely dismissed by the rude manager, Don Gillin.

He spoke down to us as if we were children and charged us double the price for the space. Not once did he apologize and treated us like criminals by bringing a security guard to stand by his side. After being forced to pay the bill in full, we were stopped at the door and completely insulted when told that we could not leave until it was confirmed that we had payed.

Nobody should be treated that way by any business unless you are really a criminal. The management and staff there could not have been any more rude or incompetent. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
