Horrible planning from the manager on duty!

I visited Mcdonalds push put at 1:15pm, and obtained my food at 2:45pm, half an hour in push put to obtain my food, when questioned exactly what the issue was, they stated grill is supported, but didn't understand why. The woman behind me (she got there about 10 minutes after me) was so angry, she got out-of her vehicle and visited the rear door (f0r deliveries) to obtain somebody, no body found the doorway and he or she screamed towards the push put individual "what's the issue" the woman in the screen had nothing to express. Terrible planning in the supervisor on-duty!
