On June 17th I purchased VEG DISH with dark beans and WATTS Salad with ranch dressing at Wahoo's Fish Taco, 641 Camino de los Mares, San Clemente, CA 92673. The purchase quantity was Y-0109 released at 13:15.

I'm unhappy since Wahoo's Fish Taco restaurant offered me Veg dish having a hair inside it, which destroyed my spouse and my whole lunchtime. Additionally we'd your M salad and later that day-we got a stomach problem. I doubt the salad or vegetable dish had anything stagnant inside it. I reported to store-manager and offered a created protest to Roberto Pazcual to consider an activity. Store-manager did pay cash on Veg Plate Of $6.49 but I never noticed from Roberto Pazcual about any action taken up to enhance their cafe food.
