Unhealthy, dangerous working conditions & contaminated food, ripoff!

I terminated my employment with this company on 12/22. It is still a very unhealthy and dangerous environment to work or eat in.

The owners, The Twins Group in Bannockburn, IL. 60015, still have not fixed the roof that leaks contaminated water on food, prep surfaces, and "clean dishes".

Despite my complaints and being sited by the health dept., nothing has been fixed. I finally had to leave do to negative health conditions from working in this atmosphere for 18 months.

I also left because my dayshift manager drinks all during her shift and embarassed me several times in front of customers. I also had to do alot of extra duties because she was to drunk to run the restaurant properly.

Please do not eat there for your own safety. File complaints with the health dept., OSHA, and spread the word to let others know what really goes on there. This is serious and unacceptable!
