This person didnt know how to answer the phone. He was talking to me while the answering machine was on and I decided to wait until he got with the program and turned the darn thing off which he didnt catch on to. Then he says very rudely you were calling for what reason, Then he says I can help you and when I I asked for someone else to help me and he hung up the phone. Then when I called back he lets the answering machine come on. If you dont know how to answer the phone then customer service is not a field you should go into idiot.
