Hidden fees, $15.99 became $20.80, When I called to complain they just blew me off ripoff

I had a coupon for $15.99 for 2 pizza's. When he showed up at my door I handed him $20.00. He then asked me for $0.80. When I explained to him that my coupon is for $15.99 he then showed me a receipt for $18.81. Their is 2 fees on the receipt $1.75 and $1.07 and the driver added $1.50 for delivery.

I ended up handing him $23.00 to cover his tip. After the delivery person left I felt like I had just been ripped off. When I called Roma's to complain they just blew me off.
