Completely UNETHICAL business practices. Promised everything and delivered nothing!

Promised free cups: charged every month. Promised $10 Coffee: Charged $13, Promised $5.99 a bottle: Charged $7.99. I paid my bills, yet they charged me late fees for each company i have. That is $15 per company per month late fees. I ended up paying almost $10 a month for having a cup of water once a week. Also, when i signed up, salesperson promised that they were going to call my old company to cancel my account. They did not. I ended up paying double since i was charged by both companies.
