On January 5, We mailed two seperate rebate forms with separate qualifying receipts for three Kuhulas and two Mailbu and one Kahula in one envelope for $15.00 each, as your rebate offer allows. We only received a rebate check for ONE $15.00, which we should have received a check for $30.00. We complied in every way.

Just an added note: Three years ago Mondavi wines cheated me out of a $10.00 rebate offer and we have not bought one single product of theirs since then. They lost $150.00 of my business in a year.
