Ripoff took my last check, the owner had an affair with co-employee I found out they got mad

I worked here for 8 months as the manager. Well my little sister was assistant manager. The owner and her were having an affair. I found out about this ordeal and let everyone in on the secret and then I was treated differently by both parties. I was called stupid and treated like trash. Then I found out that Kassie and Devin (that's the owner's name) were plotting to fire me so she could be manager. So I quit. Then he (Devin) took my last paychek and garnished it because he said I owed him money. So, needless to say I called him to ask why he did this he replied "it's just business that's all". I have three children and one child is handicapped, I had a two week paycheck coming to me and only received $57.14. He only could say just business. He needs to be penalized befor he has the chance to do this to somebody else.
