Ripoff, serves ribs that are tougher that leather - pulled tooth out trying to bite a piece off

I went into this shitbox expecting some barbeque. What I got was Brontasaurus size ribs on my plate where the meat was so tough, that you coudln't bite it off of the bone. All of them were FIGHTERS! I looked around and other people were having the same problem. I didn't even finish one rib and told the lady that this is un-acceptable. She brought me back another plate that was worse than the first. Then she has the balls to lay down a bill for the tab anyways. She said I'm only chargin for the drinks and the sides because you ate those. I told her that she is lucky that I don't just walk out. They gave me the were just waitresses thing and no one here is in charge thing and I was like: Just let me out of here. This Place is grat if you want tough meat that almost pulls out your #9 tooth.
