Ripoff found chip of tooth in chili

I went to Bp gas station and bought alarge cup of chilie last july 13 th and bit into something hard but swallowed it. Bit into another hard piece, swallowed it. Finally bit into another one and decided to take it out and looked at it and it looked like chipped tooth. It was really hard. I approached the manager at bp gas station with the tooth and the manager wrote it looks like a tooth and kept the message and the tooth. She told me that to come in at two P.M.in next day to meet with food service specialist and next day i met with mike matson from food service and said that he will send it to lab and findout what it is and i asked if he could get it in writing that he would send it to the lab and get results to prevent them from dismissing it. Mike said he refused to do that. Then i asked him for tooth back and he refused to give it back so now what should i do from now on? I am deaf myself thanks
