Dunkin Donuts
Messed up food order / poor service

There is a Dunkin Donuts that is inside University of Illinois at Chicago that I went to a few days ago where I received very poor customer service. I ordered four ham, egg and cheese wraps. I am a commuter so after I walked all the back to my place in the freezing cold weather I was extremely disappointed to find out that that wraps that I got were just egg and cheese. I understand that mistakes happen but it really made me mad that someone totally forgot to put any meat at all in there. I then walked all the way back and even though they re-made my order they weren't very nice about it. They did not seem to really care and I felt like I received very poor customer service that day, I do not even plan on ever buying food or even drinks from this Dunkin Donuts again.
