Big ripoff

I bought some steaks and seafood from this company called OMNI Distributing, INC and not only was the food rotten but not what they promised me.

I spent $427.00 (yes $427.00) on a steak pack and a seafood pack. Well the seafood pack was rotten (yes and not just a little but it makes me gag just thinking about the fish we opened) and the steaks were not what they told me they were (they said that they would plump to double there size and they shrunk to 1/3 of the size and was not good quality at all).

Well I called the guy that sold me the food and he didn't return my call then when I tryed him back again and blocked my number he answered and said he would take care of it but I figured when I didn't hear from him 2 hrs later I needed to call the main office and well the owner was so rude to me that I was crying when I got off the phone with her. She did say that they would replace the seafood pack for another but wouldn't refund me my money (never was I told that I couldn't return the food). I would have been fine with that but I was promised other things then what I received and felt betrayed by the company and wanted no part in it!

After she was so rude to me I told her that I was going to tell the better business beauro and the news station and well she didn't care at all she said all she had to do was write them a letter.
So all I can do now is write everyone and tell them my story and hope no one buys from them... Omni, Distributing Company
