Unedible food - Braums chili and burgers at Independence, KS

I was excited when you built your new store in our Independence, KS neighborhood, west main street. I live two blocks away and drive by it to and from work. I love the market side of the store but the grill area is another matter. I got hamburgers shortly after you opened it and they were so over cooked we couldn't eat them. It was a long time before trying again. When we did, it was more of the same. Not likely to try that again! I have always loved your chili and relieved to find a fast food source so nearly like homemade. The last two times I picked some up on the way home, tonight being one of them, it has been so salty that we couldn't eat it. Why has this changed? Salt is easily added but it can't be removed and there is so much emphasis placed on reducing salt intake so what's going on here? I still love the market, ice cream and french fries but will not partake of the burgers and chili.
