Ordered a Dairy Queen certificate online to be sent to a co-worker. Order was taken, processed but never arrived at recipient's mailbox and I was not notified that order had been delivered. However I did get billed for the service. I am out $20.00 for the gift certificate and $1.00 for the extra charge for nothing. Order 102470
