Fiber Glass Found in Chicken Fajita Meal Eaten by 18-Month-Old

My daughter, who is only 18 months old, was eating dinner one night when she started crying. I pulled the chicken out of her mouth, or what was left of it, and found a piece of fiber glass in her meat. I was shocked and in disbelief. This was the first time I bought the Rosarita meals. I feel I should get in contact with them but do not know how. I am very upset that a well-known company like this would let this get by. Heed my warning: do not eat their products, none of them! (I was cooking Rosarita Grilled Chicken Breast Fajita Meal.)
