Rude service and Food Poisoning

I ordered a sandwich from DQ on Wabash in Springfield, IL and a hour later I had horrible stomache pains and vomiting. I went to the Dr and they said I had a mild case of food poisoning. Not only that but the employees are so rude, dumb and lazy. They've messed up my order before and charged me for a meal then did not give it to me and tried to make me pay for it again. Someone needs to do something about this DQ and the employees.
