Big Disappointment - Bad waitress

We went to the Great Lakes Brewing Company yesterday after my son's graduation ceremony. Excited to try a new restaurant that we had heard good things about. It was a disappointment. The food was good except that the waitress brought the wrong orders. My daughter sent hers back once and it returned the same incorrect way. Our order was very slow to be served as were the drinks - just soft drinks - she had to go downstairs to get them. Substitutions were not charged as substitutions and I guess the waitress was just plain dumb. PS - the bathrooms could use a real good scrubbing and deodorizing.
