Jukebox - Applebee Restaurant

My family and I went to dinner at the Terre Haute, IN location, but had to leave early because a woman at the bar continually put money in the jukebox, selected bass-heavy rap songs, and then turned the volume all the way up. Management was called three times. The first time he said he would reduce the volume. The customer turned it right back up. Then he said he would shut off the speaker closest to us. Either he didn't do it or it was too small a difference to notice. The final time, he said there was nothing he could do because she paid and shutting it off would be infringing on her rights. Well Mr. Manager, it was infringing on my health. Bass that loud damages my ear drums and makes my ears pop constantly.
