Bad experience

Bought 2 $15 ea. ($30 ea. Value) groupons for outdoor appitizers and cocktails. Several weeks ago we visited the resturant and were seated outdoors. After 15 min. Without service my husband went inside to the bar to get us a drink. The bartender made him pay since it was indoors. Waiting total of around an hour without service, we asked for the manager (owner). He told us it was our fault for waiting until the last minute to use the groupon. The groupon expires on Sept. 22, had several weeks yet. We decided to leave, alot of others people seated outdoors were doing the same. We have been to the resturant before and had good food, but will not return. Found it a shame that the owner was blaming us for his under staffing problem. Would like a refund for $30 total price paid. Could not believe there was another groupon from this resturant offered after our visit, when they could not handle the past offer.
