Sandwich poorly made - Big and toasty

Just got the big and toasty from dd on main st endicott. Slapped together eith burned bacon, corner of toast burned, and poorly wrapped.in fact, the sandwich man gave me and another customer the wrong sandwiches and we traded. Very busy place with only one sandwich maker. Quite disappointing meal.
