Any customer walk in & and if he or she had to use the restroom before place an order. The crew do not give the restroom key and ask the customer to bring the proof of purchase in order 2 get the restroom key. Most of the Dunkin franchises ran by untrained managers & absentee freanchisee. These kind of franchisee give bad name to the big franchise like " Dunkin Donuts "
