Terrible service

I encountered an extremely rude employee yesterday March 18. I went through the drive thru with my two grandchildren, the young man had no patience and was very rude, no one was behind me at that time, I drove to the pay and pick up order window, the young man said my order was $20.73, I thought I had given him $21.00 He rudely informed me that I had only given him $20.00, I apologized and gave him another $1.00, still obnoxious, my 11 year old wanted to say something to him about his rudeness but I made him refrain from doing so. A young lady handed me our order, so was so nice and friendly, it sort of took the edge off of the experience.
