Ongoing bad attitude and disrespect from employee. - coffee

I have a regular customer with Starbucks for a long time ; but have been
putting up with one employee's cold, unfriendly, disrespectfull attitude in
the mean time. I believe, this person is in the wrong business ; because
they are a real jerk. No people skills.
I do not desire to return to this ' store ' any more to avoid a possible ugly
confrontation.
