Consistent - Product and Excellent Service

I never thought I would see the day that I would be willing to put down close to $5 for a large latte, but I have to say, that since the first time I entered a Starbuck's establishment, I was hooked. At first it was the atmosphere, then I tasted the coffee. Ooooh, just absolutely the best quality I've ever experienced.

Even with that, - it's not enough to keep me going back. What truly keeps me going back to Starbucks, (other than their amazing product) is the kindness and the welcoming attitude of all of their employees. At first, I thought it was just that one location I had been visiting so often. Then, I began traveling for work, and I would always make sure I knew where all the Starbuck's were on my route.

I have been visiting Starbucks for over 12 years now. I have visited multiple locations multiple times. Regardless of the location, I am always treated with kindness, and as if I were a long time friend. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated.

In an economy that is uncertain, it is nice to know there is still a place who can put all of that aside, and still continue to value their customers.
