Worst service ive ever experienced

My boyfriend and I used to work at this arbys, and that certain manager hated us for no apparent reason. So we came in, she didn't get us or take our order. So a cook had to come to the front and do it for her. After ordering, the cashier asked for her help to make the food, and she said that she was busy. She went and smoked! Not even outside! In a doorway, where the cashier later joined her. After dropping onion rings, they were done and the alarm was going off, they could both hear it clear as day. After about a minute of purposely burning our onion rings, she took her time to lean in the door and tell an employee cleaning a bathroom to go pull them out. Now being 7 minutes of waiting, se finally came in and made the food. She threw the food in, shoved it to us, asked us if we wanted sauces, and walked away. Never once did she look us in the eyes. Awful.
