Arbys sandwich could not be eaten - Arbys roast beef sandwich with mushroom and onion rings

I ordered a roast beef sandwich with mushrooms and onion rings (new product). I received it still frozen... Bun and all. It could not be eaten. There were no other customers in the store at this time so that is not an excuse.
