Dinners not up to pa

First off, we are not complainers... But recently being this year, your meals are not up to the standards which we have been accustomed.

Today, we went to one of your restaurants in bradenton, Florida on Cortez Road and found the service excellent but the food memu was less than average.

We ordered a 2 for 20 special... The appetizers are mundane and have not been changed for a number of years... There is only one we order as the rest are not appealing to us... Secondly, we ordered the 7 oz steak... Flavorless but reasonably tender... The potatoes were passe' and the brocilli was under cooked... But that is not my major complaint, is that the two sides does not include a house salad. And if ordered, it will now be at an additional cost. We purchased $200. Oo gift cards for our family and received four 10.00 cards for our personal use... We then find, we can only use one card for each dinner... Wrong, in our minds. But see that you have a reason for it... Four visits.
We have used you as a reference code as named as our favorite restaurant for security reasons. We have given your name and this has gone on for years. No longer as we think your food quality has slipped and the other things mentioned above.

We had an excellent server, Amanda, who heard our gripes along with a manager, who were the saving grace for this visit... Please listen to your patrons.

More variety on the appetizer grouping on the 2 for 20, including a salad as the second choice for sides... And buy better beef... It was really tasteless
