Unsatisfactory service

I just reached home and realized I had someone elses order. I immediately called and was transferred to the manager. I explained my delima and she told me that it was my fault for taking it from the young man handing us our order. I it was also my fault that the other carryout order (that was mine) had to be remade and for me to bring it back and they would make my order I explained that I live a long drive back into town. I wish the former manager was still there, she was the best there was and she ran a top notch DQ.
The current so called manager BRANDY is not a people person. I will not be going there again and i will relay this to all my coworkers and friends. We are a small rural area and quality really matters.
