I went through the drive thru and they messed up a simple Caesar salad order and gave Apple Cranberry salad instead. When I asked for Light Ranch dressing, they said they didn't have it, so I opted for Light Caesar instead. I come home to find out not only did I didn't get the dressing I wanted (which ended up being Balsamic), I got a completely different salad. To top it all off I didn't receive a receipt when I asked for one.

I called them to complain about my order and the employee laughed at me and gave the phone to some al Marie who claimed to be the "Manager". When I asked to be compensated on my messed up order and wasting my gas and time she said she wasn't the manager but the Assistant Manager (who knows if she was lying about that).

I went to get my order and I was asked for proof, of course I didn't get a receipt in the first place, so how could I have proven that my order was messed up.

I came home wasting a quarter tank of gas, 45min, and an empty stomach.
