Placed in Foreclosure After Late Payment While Awaiting Modification

I was suppose to be approved for a loan modification. I was a little late in paying my payment. I was immediately placed in foreclosure. I called these people for several months trying to get my modification approved. I have been in my home for over twenty years. These people were not trying to help me. I feel all they wanted to was foreclose on me for any reason. These people are scam artists.
