These people have been running a scam for a while, I'm in the process of doing everything I can to shut htem down. They stole $250 from me, I call and call, sometimes I get to talk to someone, mostly not, only there on occassion. When I do they tell me I have to write main office and that the bank info was wrong so they had to rerun thats why there is a delay, also that they dont have to give me my money back, they say they are all supervisors and there are none. The name that was given to me to write to was Christian Bernard at the Champlain NY address. Good luck, I will pursue this to the end.
