I contacted you some time back about Homecomings finance co. I got some help I thought. But it seems the company has really messed up my accounts now. I have two homes with them. I had one account I thought on the right track only to find today. No The money from one account is transferred to the other and now both accounts show late. It is not. I called and to only be told by the lady I did not know what I was talking about. I would appreciate it if I could speak with one person and then maybe the account info will stay straight. To many hands in the pot that do not know what they are doing or saying. The head lady in finance sent me a letter and she was helpful. But yet Now the account is a mess again. Not by my doing. They continue to report late to the credit Bureau's. There error has caused most of the problem, they refuse to correct it with the credit bureau's too.
