Ripoff does not respond to email cancellation notice Orange California

Have never received a report. The attachment would not open so I cancelled the service but no reply. They continue to draft 9.95 from my account each month and the bank states they can not put a stop payment on electronic transfers. My only choice after complaining to them several times is to close my account and update all my autopays; what a nuisance. Also filed a complaint with the FTC. NEWSPresently EPIC has filed against Experian and states that freecreditreport.com is fraudulent advertising... Bait and switch.

I call it theft. Heck of a note that you're expected to pay to correct the constant flood of errors on your credit reports. New admendments to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (Dec.'03) states all Americans can get a free credit report each year.

In CA, if you have a reported ID theft incident you get a free report per month for a year to monitor activity. So bureaus are playing on the "fear factor" to rip everybody off so they can offset the added expense??? Please count me in on any class action suit that is available to the erate consumer! Thanks.
