Prayed on struggling college student to rip off

One day I received a call from an Advantage Plus rep, and they made everything sound so wonderful, especially to someone like myself, who has a poor credit rating, and needs all the help she can get. I gave them every bit of info about me, even though something told me not to.
Now, here I am two months later, no credit card, no 339.15, with bills to pay. I have tried many times to call them, but I get what sounds like a cell phone voicemail. My bank cannot reverse the charges because of the way that these people took the money from me, and now it is between myself and Advantage Plus. The problem is that I cannot get in touch with the money sucking people that work there, but I really need that money back, and I have no clue where to start.
