Was called from CA Dept. Of Legal Affaris & Investigation. Told to call Michael Carter at 415-952-5630 and there is a warrant for my arrest due to evading payment for a payday loan from Cash Advance USA. Three counts to be exact. Went and checked for the web address and no website, a big scam. I then called back for their address and stated "we do not give that out" hangup.
