Fraudulent about so called one year stepping stone program

Was told in 2003 that we could refinance our home on a stepping stone program with a low int. Rate. Had to refinance one year later after credit score was built up.int rate after building up credit score tremendously has gone up, instead of down. They are now saying that there is no such program as the stepping stone program. Was suppose to not charge us anything for the next refinancing in 2004.

Contacted attorney general's office. Waiting to hear back. Also, has listed @ deed's office our entire acreage. Only 5 acres was suppose to be included in financing. Please email me if you have heard of the stepping stone program. It's time, these crooks r confronted. Willing to get in a lawsuit. The greensboro, nc office that started us on program is no longer there. Imagine that!
