0n oct 4 countrywide foreclosed on my home. I was able to find a lender who would pay them what I owed them to make the loan good, they and their attorney played a lot of games by pretending that they did not know who had purchased my property. They gave me and the lender the run around, and would not give a pay off statement. When I called the customers service department they claim that the state of PA does not allow former homeowners to buy back thier property after the mortgage company buy it back.

Then the rep still turn around and acted like she did not know who had gottoen my property. I told her thats funny I called Allegheny Sheriff's dept Here in pgh PA and they state country wide purchase my PROPERTY. S he became very quiet on the other end of the phone put me on hold to talk to her supervisor, then came back on the line and tol me to call and talk to their attorney. On oct 22, I got a letter from them stating that They want to help me relocate and give me funds to do so only if I contact them as soon as possible, and setup an mutal agreement with them on my move out date. I called the first day I got the letter stayed on the line as as long 2 and a half hours holding the line waiting to speak to someone I even left voice mail no one has return my calls. They are not trying to help me at all. For anyone out there who is buying a home or thinking about refinancing do not use countrywide or any company in conjunction with them. Right now I trying to find a place to stay.
