AES perhaps a "servicer" however they are DECEPTIVE. I've been spending DUAL on my figuratively speaking and also the Theory hasn't been down. I named many times to ask why... Plus they explained that I'd to repay all of the attention first. I expected to get a print-out to determine where my cash went they stated they'd deliver me one... (I've named 6 occasions in the last year and also have yet to get it!) I finally had enough. I named of the benefit and questioned what it'd be easily over nighted a check. I acquired that $ and delivered a sign in, instantly. It's 10 nights later and my bill today claims it is over-due. I named plus they stated the pay-off quantity was incorrect since from the period they prepared it, each day later, the quantities did not complement plus they delivered the check back, a couple of days later. Please keep in mind that I'm accumulating interest due to their error and they'll not do something about this. I'm so discouraged.
