Will rip you off

I am a business customer with this company and i have always paid my credit card statement that they take out the money on.

The problem is they promised to send me a monthly statement wich should give me the times and the cars using the passes.

I have been a member for a year now and have never recieved one of these statements.

I have gone into their offices in secaucus nj and was told sorry we only service individual customers in the office and business customers have to call the 800#.

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than to get thru on the 800# so where do i go who do i call i dont want to go to a lawyer but i feel they give me no other choices.

This is what nj says will help make the road ways less congested but i guess they never looked into how they treat their customers.
