As a recent ex-employee take my advice and do some homework and shop around before signing anything with this company. Their fees are outrageous and nonsensical. There favorite line is that they will help put you in a better financial position. Perhaps one in twenty customers they actually help. The other nineteen they screw. Trust me on this get the truth in lending, shop around and if you need help get a lawyer or accounant to look at the deal. Weigh all your options before refinancing with Ameriquest.
