This is a copy of a letter I wrote to them explaning the history of what they had done.

I am very unhappy with the services, your company has been very misleading. I asked that 1-2 leads per day to be emailed and I was recieving about 5 per day. I know that I could not keep up with this amount since I do currently work full time. I called twice on this situation and it is still not handle. Once I called on 9-5-04 and again on 9-30-04 they asked me to email them I did and it still is not rectified, I got a confirmation that they recieve my email. I wrote to cancel and I called each time they stated that they did not recieve my emails. I wrote again 10-14-04 and called and spoke to Michael and he stated to cancel by email and I wrote again. I then called to make sure that it was recieved woman said to mail it to Jvanterpool@mostchoice.com. She recieved the email and said they would cancel this account.

I gave your company authorization to charge my credit card for only $1000 and not any more, so that was fine with me. I am not okay with this company trying to withdraw anymore money without my authorization. I did not renew again and my credit card company said you withdrew another $500.00. When I spoke to Neidel we agreed no more that $1,000. If you are going to mislead your clients with wording that is not understandable then you do not have values. Keeping your clients that are unhappy with your services or actually misguiding them, your company is truly not worthy. This procedure should be more self explanatory, or have your employees explain these rules of yours in black and white not try to hide it from a client.

I called the supervisor twice her name is Susan and she has not returned my phone calls. Each and every time I call they say she is in a meeting.

I want my $500.00 refunded and that this contract is completely canceled. I wish no futher to ever doing business with this company. That is all I am asking for. If you can be so courteous and either to call me at *-*-* or email me with your response at *@*.*
