Rip-off!

I was contacted 10/19/04 an was offered a credit card with a $2000 credit line. However i needed to deposit $274.00 in to my checking account. I gave my ss#, address, phone number and other information as well. I was guaranteed a 0% interest rate for my first three years w / this company (centrion), also, i was guaranteed an a.P.R. No higher than 8% after my third year. The person who called me was tina ext# 900. Who by the way, was terribly rude.

By mear mistake i asked her if this company was one of the companies which have been reported as "fraud or scam companies" i went on to explain that i had seen a report on abc network company about several credit companies that call people like myself with bad credit, and are promised false statements. Tina went on to state: "this company is not one of thoes" i have been on hold on my cell phone since i began to write this e-mail and still continue to wait. 20:13 sec.
