Incompetent and dangerous - mail order service

I have to use them. My insurance requires I use them. They manage to always take 3 to 4 weeks for my prescription to be mailed. They lie to you (a different lie every time you call) the supervisors lie to cover their mistakes. My doctor has had to call them every 3 months to inquire where is the medicine. They are so incompetent and dangerous that I know it won't be long before they cause someone's death and get sued up the wazoo... I will be the first to volunteer information on the less than acceptable job they do on processing and mailing orders. The take the prize on being the cream of the crap when it comes to mail order prescriptions.
