Ripoff dishonest $9.95 monthly charges Birmingham ALabama

I signed up for a free credit report with no indication of additional charges. I was not able to view my credit report over the net, called cic, and they said that my credit report could not be retrieved and that no other charges would apply. That was four months ago.

I was not able to see what "cic" was on my internet based bank statement where I was loosing 9.95 every month. They have withdrawn $39.80 at this point without sending any bill or e-mail correspondence. I have just called 18002202626 and hopefully they have stopped.
