FIRST PREMIER BANKCARD Creedit Carde Company did not Market the Card Default Insurance Accurately

First Premier Bank,

This company falsely marketed to me the Default Insurance for their credit card. What I thought would be covered through an unforseeable event such as (unemployment). Years later I was contacted by a Collections company representing this company and I was promised that if I paid this item it would not report on my Credit file. These are both serious violations of the law both in part of the Bank as wel as the Collection Agency.
