Western Sky Will not apply extra payments to Principal as I have requested over and over

I saw an add on TV for Western Sky saying they made loads for people with questionable credit. I applied and was contacted about the loan. After I received it, I was informed CashCall had bought my account and they would be collecting the money. I made arrangements for the amt. To be taken out of my acct. Each month. I sent extra money each month in the mail to be applied to the principal on the account. I called to verify they received it and applied it to the principal.'

They told me it was, but when I checked acct. Online, it had been applied to interest. I have asked several times for it to be corrected but nothing has changed. I started out thinking I was dealing with a bank and it turns out I'm working with a call center. I'm very disappointed and upset that I will not be able to pay this off early. I even asked it I would be penalized for early payoff and was told, "No". What can be done about this and has anyone else had the same problem?
